Found mobile phone with Belgium Orange SIM card, in Lisbon what to do?
Hello,
I´ve found a mobile phone in Lisbon with an Orange Sim card in it, what should I do to find the owner?
Is it possible to find the owner staring from the SIM card number?

Orange ne vous donnera pas le nom du propriétaire de la carte sim mais pourra contacter le client et l'informer que vous détenez son téléphone.
