Motorola signature accesories missing

Greetings, upon my second contract I aquisitioned a signature phone from Motorola 

They promised an accesories pack as a bonus bundle, it was the launch of it.

It's been 3 months now and I'm still waiting for it,

They replied me to me once in an email and said it will be max 90 days since the acquisition, I am past the date and they stopped answering to my emails. 

Why is it to be done,
